Our Investors & Management
The Villages at the River Club is owned by Clarksville Senior Living, LLC, and operated by GoodWorks Unlimited, LLC, a Franklin, Tennessee-based family business that was created by Gary and Ricki Keckley.
The leadership of GoodWorks has been involved in the development and management of over 100 senior communities over the past 32 years and now owns and operates 26 senior communities in Tennessee and Kentucky.
